01

A Producer OS, not just ticketing.

Planning, sales, operations, analytics — one platform for the entire lifecycle of an event. So you spend your time creating, not operating.

02

A team that works alongside you — not a support desk you have to chase.

Our real edge today is people. Our team works <em>with</em> you, not like a vendor you have to chase.

03

Built for the long term — VeeMe is here to stay.

When you build your events on a platform, it matters that it'll still be here years from now. A stable team, a product that keeps improving, and a partnership that doesn't vanish after one event.

Today

What you get today

Four things we commit to right now, for every producer working with us. Not a promise for later — what you get from the first call.

Kickoff01

A kickoff call before you launch.

Before your first event, we sit down with you to talk goals, what success looks like, and how we work together. Not a setup tutorial — a strategy conversation.

Production02

Help with production, not just sales.

Margin planning through our <ltr>Event Business Planner</ltr>, plus introductions to venues and vendors we've already vetted — so you can keep scaling.

Event day03

Live support on event day.

A direct WhatsApp line to someone who knows your event by name, available in real time throughout the day.

Roadmap04

Need a feature or integration?

Requests from active producers shape what we build next. Sometimes custom work for strategic customers. The product evolves with you, not against you.

What producers see

No vapor screens. A system that's shipping today.

Three real surfaces producers see in the product — no mockups. Our product team works against these screens every day, with real producers.

What we don't compete on

Not racing to be the cheapest.

The lowest fee isn't the best deal — it's the deal where you get less for less. We charge fairly and pour that back into the team and the product.

01 / 04

Not racing to ship more features than the next guy.

Plenty of features documented, fewer that actually work. We'd rather be best at the four things you use every day than mediocre at forty. We'll let competitors win the long list.

02 / 04

We won't compete with you for your audience.

Other ticketing platforms compete for attention, for the mailing list, for algorithmic recommendations. We're infrastructure. Your audience stays yours.

03 / 04

We don't promise what we haven't built.

Our roadmap is in the open. We won't pretend everything always works perfectly, support never sleeps, or the code never breaks. What we commit to, we keep.

Frequently asked questions

What you probably want to ask, before you do.

Straight answers. If something's missing, send it our way — we'll add it.

How is VeeMe priced?
A simple, transparent fee — a fixed percentage of each ticket sale, paid by the buyer. Payment processing sits on top, also covered on the sale. No signup fee, no monthly subscription, no per-feature billing. What you pay is a percentage of what your customers paid — never out of your own pocket.
What happens to the money between sale and event?
About 70% of revenue is released to your account one to two days after the event, with the remainder over the following month based on the payment processor's settlement schedule. The buyer-side service fee sits on the buyer, not you.
I already work with a competitor — why switch?
If it works for you — don't. We fit producers who feel something is missing — slow team, clunky system, support that sells before it solves. The best reason to switch is the team becoming a partner instead of a vendor. If you want infrastructure that goes deeper than a box — that's us.
What if a feature I need isn't there?
We love hearing feedback from customers — tell us in the first call or over WhatsApp. Requests from active producers enter our build queue.

A note from the founder

We built VeeMe because the events world deserved a system that treats the producer as the customer — not the payer. A system that understands production isn't just selling tickets. It's planning, operations, marketing, insight.

We're still early. The product moves fast, the team is small, and the honest truth is that our first customers have real influence over what gets built. That's the reason to come in now, not two years from now.

If anything you've read here resonates — send me a message. I answer personally.

Let's talk.

If you've read this far and something landed — we'd love to meet. Our first call isn't a demo. It's an intro conversation, so we can offer the solution that best fits you.
